Prince Hall's bathrooms are generally poor. They are almost all in some state of disrepair (like the hall itself), and they inevitably show the building's age in one way or another. While these faults generally have an undesirable effect, they can lend a unique charm to certain bathrooms. One bathroom that is endearing in this way is the women's room on the first floor near the east stairwell.
Indeed, although this bathroom is decidedly suboptimal from a quality-of-facilities standpoint, its oldness and disrepair lend it a sort of "ghetto cuteness." One thinks of the cute lanky garbage can, or the charming rusty, chipping chair and desk that are inexplicably placed next to the bathroom's only sink.
A nice window adds to the attractiveness of this rustic-feeling bathroom, making it one of the more attractive in Prince.
